Langmeier Software now offers better supportLangmeier Backup is well publicized. We owe this to the computer magazines and various Internet portals, for example, thanks to which Langmeier Backup has become well known. Our previous service and support team was overloaded in order to answer the many customer inquiries. Our customers had to put up with call-backs and long waiting times to get answers to their queries. Since the beginning of July, we have therefore put a new support concept into operation and are now answering all customer inquiries faster and better. We have taken on five additional support and service employees to spread the workload over several people. We have also extended our office hours and are now available to our customers and resellers by telephone from 8 a.m. onwards. During the lunch break between 11:45 and 12:45 you can leave us a message. The introductory phase is now complete and the initial difficulties - for example problems with the telephone system - have been resolved. Langmeier Software is now ready for further growth - now that the last bottlenecks have been eliminated. We have thus noticeably increased our scalability. The next goals are stronger sales activities and even better products and solutions for our customers.
