Langmeier Software now offers better support
Langmeier Backup is well known to the man. We owe this, for example, to the computer magazines and various Internet portals, thanks to which Langmeier Backup has become known. To answer the many customer inquiries, our former service and support team was overloaded. Our customers had to put up with callbacks and long waiting times to get answers to their inquiries. Since the beginning of July, we have therefore put a new support concept into operation and now answer all customer inquiries faster and better. We have hired five additional support and service employees in order to distribute the workload among several people
In addition, we have extended our presence hours and are now already available by phone at 8am for our customers and resellers. During the lunch break between 11:45 a.m. and 12:45 p.m., people are allowed to leave a message for us.
The introduction phase is now complete and the first initial difficulties - for example problems in the telephone system - have been sorted out. Langmeier Software is now ready for further growth - as the last bottlenecks have now been eradicated. We have thus noticeably increased scalability. The further goals are stronger sales activities and even better products and solutions for our customers.
