Langmeier Software now offers better support
Langmeier Backup has gained significant recognition, thanks in large part to coverage by leading computer magazines and various online platforms. This increased visibility has contributed to the widespread popularity of our solution. However, the surge in customer inquiries placed considerable strain on our previous service and support team, resulting in longer response times and the need for call-backs. We understand how important prompt support is for you. To address this, we introduced a new support concept at the beginning of July. We now respond to all customer inquiries faster and more efficiently. To ensure this, we have expanded our team by hiring five additional support and service specialists, allowing us to distribute the workload more effectively and provide you with a better experience. We have also extended our office hours and are now available to you and our resellers by telephone from 8:00 a.m. onwards. During the lunch break, from 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m., you are welcome to leave us a message, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. The introductory phase of our new support system is now complete, and initial challenges—such as issues with our telephone system—have been successfully resolved. Langmeier Software is now well-positioned for further growth, as we have eliminated the last bottlenecks and significantly increased our scalability. Our next objectives include intensifying our sales activities and delivering even better products and solutions for you.
