Business software is a JOKE - Why is anyone still using it?
I tested three (!) large business software packages. The result: a nightmare.
If I want to write a simple invoice, I first have to click through "Operations", "Substitutes", "Number range defaults" and a hundred other buttons. Why?
Software should help, not punish.
If I want to open a document, I click on a folder. That's it.
But here? I first have to create a "transaction", which then somehow mutates into an invoice. No idea how - and I'm a programmer myself!
More buttons = more quality? Nonsense!
These tools slap everything onto the main screen: Export, posting, open items, update - all at once.
It's like someone stuffing your room with 300 pieces of furniture and saying, "Wow, now it's high quality!" No. It's chaos.
Good software is invisible.
It does work automatically instead of slapping 500 buttons at you. But modern developers seem to collect buttons like Pokémon. The main thing is everywhere.
Fact: Bad software kills productivity AND mood.
We've tested it: The more complicated the tool, the more frustrated the employees. Logical - nobody wants to work with a virtual junk truck when they could be working with a clean, automatic excavator.
We're building business software that puts this chaos to rest.
