Langmeier Backup Software Discover the new version 8.1.52 with enhanced functionality.

Langmeier Software values your feedback: The Swiss provider of backup solutions has expanded the functionality of its products based on user requests. The latest update is available free of charge and makes the software even more reliable and user-friendly.

Key new features at a glance:

  • Log delivery via e-mail: Administrators can now instantly see the success of data backups directly in the email subject line. Additionally, the port for sending emails can be flexibly selected in the interface, providing enhanced security.
  • Input language selection: You can now choose any input language for the bootable emergency medium, ensuring greater flexibility in critical situations.
  • Improved burner driver support: The software now offers enhanced support for burner drivers, making it easier to create bootable emergency CDs.
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2012 Essentials: Langmeier Backup now supports file backups under this server solution, ideal for small businesses with up to 25 employees and 50 devices.

Furthermore, when backing up to FTP servers, only changed data is now transferred—eliminating the need for full backups each time. Langmeier Software has also improved FTPS encryption, ensuring compatibility with all server configurations. Additionally, it is now possible to send email logs via T-Online.
