Langmeier Backup: 100% satisfied resellers

Langmeier Software listens to its customers. With the urge to sharpen our focus even further on what is important and essential, we conducted a survey of 100 Langmeier backup resellers in February. The overwhelming result: Langmeier Software has 100% satisfied resellers.

Question 1: How satisfied are you in general as a Langmeier Software reseller?

Overall, 100% of our resellers are satisfied with Langmeier Software. This shows us that we are on the right track.

64% of the resellers surveyed have already used our support, 98% of whom were satisfied with our support services. 94% of resellers were satisfied with the response time. These are impressive figures. It is very important for us to be there for our resellers. We have often received positive feedback from our resellers, but this survey underlines this once again. We do everything we can to convince our resellers that they are in the right place with us.

Question 3: How would you rate the price/performance ratio of Langmeier Backup?

Here, too, we arrive at a result of 100%. Of the 100 resellers surveyed, 52% think the price/performance ratio of Langmeier Backup is "excellent", and a further 48% think it is "good".

Question 4: How satisfied are you with the functional scope of Langmeier Backup 8.1?

This point was very important to us. After all, we can only develop software from our point of view, but we need other perspectives and points of view in order to improve ourselves and our solutions. 82% of the resellers surveyed believe that Langmeier Backup has all the necessary features and functions. However, 15% of our resellers feel that there is still something they would like to see implemented in our software. We have noted down every single valuable feedback and will analyze each feedback with great attention and take it into account in the further development of the solution. We would also like to thank you once again for your suggestions for improvement.

Again, a positive result. 94% of the resellers surveyed will continue to use Langmeier Backup as a data backup solution for their customers. 97% of resellers think that Langmeier Backup will continue to inspire other customers in the future.
