Silent Setup

Silent Setup will perform the installation without user interaction.

    Example: langmeier-backup-en.exe /s /v/qn

Activating the volume license

If you have a volume license of Langmeier Backup, you have the option to automatically activate your Langmeier Backup installations with this volume license.

Proceed as follows:

  1. Remove the hyphens in the license key.

  2. Save the license key without hyphens in the following registry entry:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Langmeier Software\Langmeier Backup\app\v9regkey

Note: For 32-bit operating systems, omit the Wow6432Node subfolder.

  3. To activate this license without user interaction, set the following value in the registry to the value "1":

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Langmeier Software\Langmeier Backup\AutoActivation

Note: Again, on 32-bit operating systems, omit the Wow6432Node subfolder.
