Questionable: Only create a backup once a year?

Swiss IT Magazin has published the results of a Swiss survey. The authors found that only every second Swiss person creates a backup monthly or even annually! Data loss is generously accepted. There is therefore a great need to raise awareness among the Swiss population. Many people are not aware of the consequences of data loss or computer security breaches.

For this reason, Swiss Security Day 2011 will be held on 9 March, when particular attention will be drawn to the safe use of new media.
